- Pelican Wireless Rest API Driver Version 1.56- Try it here. There is a 4 hour Demo Period and if more time is needed just build and install a new station to reset the time. This module is for Niagara 4.7, 4.8, 4.9, 4.10, 4.11, 4.12 and 4.13. Unzip it and put the pelicanWirelessAPI-rt.jar in your modules folder. This Driver does not replace the Pelican Cloud SAAS (Software as a Service) server or the Pelican Gateway. These are both vital portions of the Pelican Wireless System. This Driver is merely a Rest API interface to bring Pelican Cloud Data into your Niagara Installation to Schedule, Change Setpoints and Use Data for Monitoring, Trending, Alarming, Analytics and High Level Control Sequence Decisions.

Contact Joe Rashott @ 512-734-1881 for licensing. This Driver does not need the Skyport App to function. It relies solely on a local API so nothing is being pulled from the ‘Cloud'. VenStar Thermostats are a very cost-effective solution and now they can be integrated directly into Niagara. The VenStar Thermostats must be set up using tools from the manufacturer and the API Access must be enabled. The end user can run Skyport and access them through the API at the same time if that is the desired operation as well.
