We are your full service HVAC DDC Controls integrator. We specialize in integrated DDC Controls Systems as well as custom integrated solutions. We are Systems Integrators, not a Mechanical Service Company that installs controls. With Systems Integration as our core business, we are always on top of the latest developments in an industry that is always changing. We can help you keep your facility running smoothly and efficiently. Over the course of the last few Years JAMCO Controls, Inc. has dramatically changed the direction they are heading. There are three key areas we are working on:

• Service - We are very Service Oriented with well over 50% of our Building Automation being in the service are.  Most of this is servicing BAS systems installed by other contractors.  We are the service and cleanup crew, fixing problemss with systems that may have been there from commisioning.  We clean up after  plan and spec contractors and bad commisioning or bad installations.  We will look at any system.
• Integration - There are way too many mechanical and controls contractors installing controls. We are tired of competing in this market. It just makes us cut the same corners they do and no one is happy! We will repair those systems and re vitalize the front end with new software and graphics and treat you like a client! We can make those orphaned systems in your building homes on the one control network so that you have one point of view and one piece of software to learn. We use Tridium Niagara N4 for all of our integration Projects!
• Support - We are able to support our 'Competitors' with Training, Custom Niagara Development and Custom Mobile Development. There is a large need for qualified companies extending the Niagara Framework for BAS Contractors to maintain a presence and speed up engineering.  We have consistenly supported large Controls Contractors on Federal Work with Custom Development and MS SQL Server Design.

  Joseph A. Rashott III (President)

  Joe is the resident control expert, as he has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He is extremely experienced in Metasys, Johnson, Honeywell, Distech, and many more! In the past, he has been actively involved in project engineering in several large energy management projects and has a vision for commercial and residential projects alike. Joe is a Lonmark certified professional and has an abundance of experience with Lon Integration. He is also Niagra AX and N4 cerified as well as Niagara Developer Certified and makes the best of these powerful platforms to provide the end user with a seamlessly integrated Premises Automation System!

  Mary E. Rashott (Vice President)

  Mary is actively involved in sales and the very important behind the scenes financial stuff. Without her support there would be no JAMCO Controls, Inc. Mary brings 25 + years of business management experience to the table. Without this we could not offer Industrial class Energy Management Installations to the medium sized commercial sector. She also has a working knowledge of DDC Controls.

  Jordyn A. Rashott (Marketting Manager)

  Jordyn is the newest member of the JAMCO Controls, Inc. team. She brings a creative influence to the company that is vital. Jordyn also has 5 years of experience in sales, as well as a year in web design.
